if anyone is wondering how the charge would it if you were to use the 604 outside of the area, it would be calculated by the following:

making local call outside of home area
(eg. calling 416 in 416 using 604/778)

= airtime only

receiving local call outside of home area
(eg. someone phoning 604/778 while you are in 416)

= airtime + $0.10/min roaming charge.
