No no... you got it all wrong.. this is RFD..... you must sell the house yourself. don't let a realtor sell it for you. You are smarter than a realtor! Save yourself the comission and negotiate on your own..... this is RFD for goodness sakes! You do know you can sell your own house for $3.00 according to some people on these forums.... $3.00! The nasty realtor from hades wants thousands of times more than that.... you have a full time job? No problem, show your house at 9:00pm after your baby goes to sleep.

Seeesh... some people!

......Says the guy who charges $125 to buy a stock then urges you to sell it for another $125 charge whenever it drops 5% or takes a percentage of assets win or lose.

Of course, you and realtors have no agenda, all in the interest of the client, right?

OP is looking to buy, not sell. On a different note, if a person can't spell Realtor, you can't expect them to purchase a property on their own. :cheesygri

Don't forget to add in the "for sale" sign propped up against the front porch. Any big permanent marker to write in the phone #. Your fees have doubled to $6.

Problem here in Quebec is that we have no professionals, not only realtors, but in general. They work for you and yet they will lie to you big times just to close the deal. If anyone knows real professional realtor who speaks English in Quebec, does it as his/her FULL TIME job, can provide references etc please let me know. What seems to be normal in other provinces is considered miracle here, good realtor/banker even bloody car mechanic is very hard to find in Quebec, 1 on 1000 maybe
