Not only does aasoror post good deals but he sticks around to help people who buy the stuff. He also keeps his threads current by updating the OP with latest prices, rebates, software/firmware updates, etc.
Clearly above and beyond the call of duty

Seriously, do you really know what you're doing?
Taking your love for nsx in every nomination thread where he's not even eligible? If it wasn't his name nsx would have removed your posts and gave you three points.
BTW, this is "Most Helpful Thread Nominations for 2011" and my vote goes to : Angel_Wing0's thread " Thread: MBNA Smart Cash MC: *FREE* World Version available!" that probably saved RFD a lots of money as well.

For me, the most helpful thread is the OFFICIAL LEGO THREAD thread. Numerous posters letting others know where the best deals and sales are has been fantastic. The discussions of other lego forums, other places to by all over the globe, interesting youtube posts, etc are great too: http://forums.redflagdeals.com/merge...2405-a-850561/

Definitely Jacksorbetta for her BBV thread.
She stuck her neck out on that one to help others with deals and for obviously no personal gain.

When I talked to her and she told me that she really doesn't utilize the deals she posts about, my jaw just dropped.
She just does it because she likes doing it, she likes the comminity and isn't out for some hidden agenda. That alone I think puts her threads (this one especially) newest and tails above the rest.

I support the nomination for Jacksorbetta.
The fact she tried to get a website going for those who lost their jobs to hopefully find another one relatively shortly after is very nice of her.
Not to mention that she also played a part (or was she the OP) for the current Rogers Plus store closing offerings.
She has indeed contributed above and beyond what some rfder's have put together, with her efforts and willingness to provide facts._______________
Life is a never ending struggle of good deals, Good Beer, and great friends!
And Cheers to that
