Moving films (by moving, I mean touching/serious)
So I watched American History X a while back and I really liked it so I was wondering if you guys knew of any other movies of the same sort, serious films that leave a mark on you or keep you thinking. Shawshank Redemption was like this too. So far Ive got City of God on my list to watch and Schindler's List. Any others?

Seen hotel rwanda, coach carter and jarhead and pianist.

Syriana (I doubt most people will GET IT, because it is v.heavy movie, you need to know much about the world to see how close it is to the truth)
