finally sold my house ... and am moving NEXT WEEK ... looking to sell this sofa as it will not fit in the new place. It's basically brand new (just took the tags off it about a month ago). It has NEVER been sat on (when you come to see it in person, you can tell). It is in pristine condition ... simply a steal if you're looking for a nice couch.
