I have a Aukfa PMP-250 256MB MP4 Player for sale. I used it to watch family guy episodes during my commute. It has a LARGE 2.5" TFT screen! Not those baby size nano screens.

Its a well built device that is metallic and not cheap plastic like other MP4 players.

256MB built in memory plus a 1 gig SD card for storage.

Videos look awesome (need software to convert) and it can even output to a tv with rca cables.

It can record tv as well and sound.

Of course it can view pics (software convert) and has some in built games.
