MSN Blocker: How to get rid of it?

It keeps poping up. I need some help getting rid of it. I tried removing it, but it won't allow me to.

"Find out who's blocking you on MSN, Download it free from http://www.block-checker.com"

Every time I click on somebody from my list, that message keeps popping up. And help appreciated, thanks!
