MTO site - how much should I trust this carpooling info?

I'm driving from St. Catharines and meeting a friend coming from Kincardine area then crossing into the states at Sarnia. I looked online and found this map off the MTO website:

We were going to meet at lot #1 on the map.

Now I can't find this lot on my Ontario road map which lists carpool lots. Coupled with this disclaimer from the MTO site: http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/accuracy.shtml
makes me wary.

This might be a long shot, but I was hoping some people who line in SouthWestern Ontario might be able to confirm this lot's existance.
