Multiple mail in rebates at separate times?

So this mail in rebate says... "NOTICE: Limit (1) rebate per person, billing address, company,or household."

my brother and i bought the same SSD from OCZ but i was wondering if there are different claim times? I just bought mine today (nov 25) and the rebate says its valid for purchases between nov 25 and nov 30. my brother bought his about a week or 2 ago so it would be in a different time restriction for the rebate. does that make a difference? im guessing no but i am hoping yes :)

edit: just realized that they are completely separate promotions too. my brothers was only a $20 rebate, he bought it from memory express. mine was a $30 rebate from tigerdirect

If they are two different rebate offers, then you and your brother should be able to claim one each. It sounds like you just can't have the same rebate offer and both of you claim one using the same mailing address. Usually, on these types of rebate forms, they have a contact number or email address. Why not check with the company directly?
