My 1 Year of RFDing

Yay! Last year of August 27, I was browsing on Google on Futureshop coupons, and the first result popped up is from RedFlagDeals. I clicked on it and realized that the forum had even more information.

I decided to join the RFD Forum, and the first post I made should be on the Staples 150% Pricematch Policy. A lot of members did help me, and I ended up getting a Logitech Internet Chat Headset from Staples for only $0.01 on August 31, 2005 (Last day of the 150% PM).

During October 2005, I took advantage of the Fujifilm DVD media offer. I ended up with a stockload of free Fujifilm DVD's after rebate. I even sold a few to my friends at a generous price. Did I also mention that I had McFlurry every weekend because of that.

Occasionally, I recieved a few freebies from the Freebie section. Who would have thought a lifetime supply of Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioners would be so great. I have over a dozen of these right now. =D

I may not have contributed into RFD as much as other members, but it was fun calculating pricematch and discounts on products sold in Staples. For example the Canon A620 camera thread, the prices were brought down so low that it was even lower than US's price. With the Memberworks giftcard, the discount was shocking.

RFD is a great place to look for deals, hopefully, in the future, we would all contribute into the forum and benefit from it.
