If you buy that, it will come with instructions. It should be similar to jumper cables though - red, red, black, black.
If you're sure that the battery is dead due to leaving the lights on, then that would be a good choice. There are also many other reasons why a car wouldn't start in the morning though. Your cheapest bet would be to get someone to give you a boost and see how it goes.

my car would not able to start
i think i have leave the light on for the whole night, i have difficult to start my car.
can i use those charger from CT, and do it myself ? instead of calling someone.

Can Tire had a 2 day special on something similar to those I think it was more powerful cuz it could also power 300 watts worth of household items too..
But ya if yyou don't feel like calling someone, ask your buddies if they have CAA and call them in
