If the mobo light is on it's getting power. When you were poking around you might have unplugged the power switch connector on the motherboard header.

My computer won't turn on
Guess I wasn't that careful when I was trying to get better airflow in my case.
I press the power button and nothing turns on, no fans spinning.
Green mobo light is on.
I suspect it's a bad mobo from googling a bit. What do you guys think?

"No fans spinning" ... You mean CPU, case & northbridge (if any) fans are all not spinning ?
You said you wanna get better airflow to the case ... What have you done ?

i just rearranged the wires / ide cables more efficient. My cpu / case etc fans do not spin or attempt to at all. Absolutely nothing turns on yet the mobo light is on.
I want to destroy something.

Make sure all wires are plugged in correctly, including fans and what not.
If all else fails try reseting the CMOS. Also make sure you are not creating a short circuit somewhere.

did you ground yourself before you touch the computer?
I would try unplugging anything that's not necessary, just make sure, video, ram, fan, cpu and the power is correct._______________

I'd also recommend unplugging everything you can from the motherboard, pulling out all by one stick of ram (and make sure its seated correctly; it could have gotten bumped) and try it that way. Its probable that you just knocked something loose since all you did was rearrange some wires. Its hard to fry a computer unless you managed to get some huge static discharge while futzing with it.
