My D-Link DI-624 is dead and I don't even use the wireless

My DI-624 wireless router is now dead. I turned off wireless long time ago because I don't use that anymore.

In the past week, it was slowly dying on its own. It starts with it suddenly does not response anymore. A power cycle fixed it. Then, couple days later, it happened again. It needed couple power cycle to fix it. Now, it is totally dead.

When I put the power in, it took a while for some light to come out. The WAN light and all 4 LAN connection lights are on ... when all of them are not connected. If it is connected, the cable modem does not detect it and the PCs do not detect the connection. I tried 'reset' button. That does not help either. It is C version of DI-624. Any idea?
