Theres homes like that in Bermuda, in a quaint little area called Tuckers Town.
Price of admission is in the $10Million USD range. Not bad for a 2hr flight from Manhattan. Ross Perot has a $60M pile there, Mayor of NY dropped $11 Million there. But even with all his $, Tiger Woods cannot buy there. Nor can Oprah, who's been eyeing a $45M proprty there.
You see, Tuckers Town is segregated.
I have a good friend working there, he'd been on the 26mile long island for 2 yrs. I visitted him and toured the island with my camera. After dinner one night I was showing him the shots I took and he had never seen Tuckers Town Beach. He would've been immediately questioned by the police as to why he was there. My friend is black._______________

Looks like a hotel or spa resort. No personality. Give it a makeover and it could easily be converted into the local library branch.
