Vitamin B
You could be deficient in B12.

Try out a multi B vitimin at your drugstore/healthfood store.
See if that does anything.

Does this happen all the time or are you in love or something like that?
-
Apr 16th, 2006 10:41 PM #4I can't really give advice as I go through the same thing when I am nervous.

Ask your family doctor what he/she would suggest.
Pay close attention to what triggers it & see if most of the issues are connected in some way & then at least you have a start in tackling the main source of your anxiety.

If you don't know the coping methods to actually deal with it, it only gets worse or at least doesn't get better. at least for me it has.
I love entertaining & being the life of a crowd, but I have to know the people to an extent, or at least one person there, I have to feel equal to the people there.

I'm not saying it's going to be easy, but it will work, you can only decide how long it takes before it works.
if you wait for it to pass, you will probably get over it, but still be a very "silent" person. if that's what you want, fine, else get moving.Last edited by fakishan; Apr 16th, 2006 at 11:05 PM.

Apr 17th, 2006 12:32 AM #14sounds a bit like a form of public stage fright/performance anxiety ...you are the center of attention.....which often can traced back to issues with one's parents...i.e critical and / or dominant mother / father....and fears of failure/ imperfection etc.
