RMA is a Return Manufaturer Authorization Number. Basically a way for the company to keep track of you and your player during the process. It also lets them know theyve authorized you to be able to get the repairs done.
No, it doesnt cost anything, just helps keep track of things

My Mp3 player
Well I have finally gotten the Company to fix my Mp3 Player for free, so they said they opened some kind of a RMA number and to send it with a secure carrier and ask for tracking number, so what does RMA stand for, also is it free???? or I have top pay like 20 bucks or something?
