Anything non-X1950 (unless X1950 Pro), non-8800, non-2900 should be okay.
Although... it seems like it's not an ATX2.0 power supply. That might be an issue.

Never heard of Evermax if thats the actual name on your PSU then no its not a good brand, sounds like a cheap knock off. Now if you just typed it wrong and its an Enermax then thats better but either way if you plan on getting something high end liek 8800 or around there I dont think it will be able to handle it properly.
Your probably better off buying a new PSU I suggest anything from Corsair. High Quality and low noise.

They don't even give you any amperage ratings for each output? Overvoltage doesn't really mean anything. It sounds like an older power supply - most ATX12V v2.0 power supplies include the 6-pin PCI-E power connection.
ATX2.0 is not the same as ATX12V v2.0._______________
Deal with it.

Gives you a good idea of what wattage to go with, I suspect a 350W power should be ok for a 8600GT, but 7900GTX might be a little much for it. It all depends what else is in your case at the time._______________
