Is my RAM faulty?

Symptoms:

1. When powering on the computer, sometimes nothing happens. Only the fan would run and I would have to hard reset and try again
2. When installing windows from boot up, sometimes it will crash during loading
3. The computer freezes sometimes, screen stays stuck and the mouse won't move
4. BSOD from time to time
5. When transferring large amounts of data ( 6-7 gigs of pictures) from my computer to my local server the computer would either freeze, bsod or restart

I am running 8gb of Kingston HyperX Fury ( 2x 4gbs )

Memtest86 shows pass
Mdsched.exe shows pass

When I run one stick, it seems more stable, when i run 2 sticks. It will crash very often, maybe a few minutes in. What's the likeliness of bad RAM?

2 months old RAM, no overclock or anything, barely used. Maybe 100 hours of use on them.

or. maybe the motherboard?

PSU is a Seasonic 750 watt

I've seen bad motherboards cause random lock ups like what you are saying.
