My Sun life app basically destroyed my family life

Browsing through updated app mentioned new option under drugs section - drugs history. Looked under my hubby name and saw that probably he or his doctor didn't want me to know. He didn't tell me about his problems and actually I don't want to know it.
Thank you sun life ( sarcasm) for new app that typically and simple destroyed my life.

Shouldn't this be in Off-Topic or Parenting & Family rather than under Shopping Discussion?

What kind of drug could 'destroy your family life'?

STI?

give lots of head for sick knee fadez, give lots of lap dances for ca$h wallet fades. Always pop that leg when kissing for dope honey combs, knee lots of mans in the crotch for killer whiskers, low ride like an og for them stacks. And traintracks? Only achievable by a legend in the denim game

You should probably get an attorney and pursue legal action immediately.

If you didn't want to know about it in the first place it sounds like you don't care - just continue not caring?

Old enough to remember the old days, when you had to file for yourself and spouse on a form and then send to the accounting or HR department at work to make a claim with insurance for you. It is only recently with the drug card that they created more privacy but I think the intent was for privacy between you and your colleagues but not between family and spouses that are on the same account anyways. Even now without the app, when family makes a claim the main account holder could opt to get an email too.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to find out this way however.

I am not familiar with Sun Life. But my advice is that knowledge is power. U want to make the best decisions in life, and that requires knowing as much as u can. We don't have the ability to know everything at the moment we need to make decisions. But, whenever new info comes up, we recalculate and make a new best decision.

You have been able to look up prescription use for over a decade on the sunlife website. Great feature for tracking drugs / dental history...

What a crappy unsupportive spouse. Men generally are afraid to disclose issues even with significant others. If you know why not ask and then support him instead of saying it has destroyed your life. Marraige is not all about you. (mind you he is being selfish with not disclosing too...)

I can't understand why someone wouldn't want to know about their spouse's health issues. Anyway, you didn't need to look under his drug history if you didn't want to.

I think ppl here, first and foremost, need to learn to have empathy when someone is going through a crisis in their life.
