Had it Wednesday. Pretty decent and delicious but nothing earth-shattering per se. At regular price, value proposition isn't as strong and other deals become stronger. Really good garlic bread (I suppose anything is good when the butter is slathered on), smaller sides as others mentioned. If you are hungry, it's good for one sitting for two, or one reasonably-sized meal with leftovers for two (might feed a third in one sitting). Garlic bread amount is good for 3-4 people though. Wedges sucked, rice was flavorful (not too spicy). Chicken was around 2/3 the size of a Superstore/Costco dealio before being trimmed down for cooking (flattened Portugese style as mentioned). Did not find the mango or lemon flavors to be really spicy at all. Equal to about 6-7ish pieces of Popeyes (we found Nando's to be a touch smaller in size) plus sides. The peri-peri even the garlic sauce which I thought was mild, all had a kick to it but doesn't linger like other hot sauce, kinda closer to Caribbean jerk heat-wise.

Hope this helps your assessment of this deal.

Thanks, OP. The chicken was pretty juicy. Bay & College location forgot the garlic bread though. Pensive Face

you had to show the link? i just asked for the game day special and they punched it in for me. even gave me some complimentary nuts while i was waiting. also got some plastic containers to grab some extra sauce from the bottles on the side.
debating getting it again for Monday. if so, i'll make sweet potatoes and a salad with it to make it a full meal.
Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best.

I really hope someone starts a legit jerk chicken chain. I like it way more than the grilled chicken version of nandos/barcelos.

Coin toss before 6pm tonight on whether or not I get this again. Game 2 is the only time we lost and I blame it on Nando's delicious game day meal. Don't think I can resist getting it. LOL

Fine, I'll eat at the bar. Smiling Face With Sunglasses As much as I love Nando's, I just decided not to stupidly run around for chicken in this very rainy weather. Forget it! LOL

2/3 the size? I thought it would be like 1/2. Costco chicken is at least 4lb (2kg).

Smaller chicken = more tasty . Flavour > Qty. At least for me.

What a terrible comment, especially on RFD. Anyone who has had Nandos in the UK knows it's best damn restaurant there and puts to shame the Canadian versions, they give proper portions and the taste is fantastic.

This was my last meal at the UK Nandos for comparison.

If it is the best restaurant there then I have my full sympathies with British food. *
