Mon - Oven roasted chicken
Tues - Italian B.M.T.
Wed - Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki
Thur - turkey breast
Fri - tuna
Sat - turkey breast & ham
Sun - Subway club

It's cheaper to use the Subway coupon book that was recently in the mail. The coupons include:

- 50% off any footlong
- 50% off any 6" sub
- BOGO for any sub (no need for drink or chips purchase)
- Expires Oct 31 (IIRC)

There were dozens of these coupon books at my local post office in the recycling bin.

You can get two salami footlongs for $6 if you're extra hungry. Or if you want to splurge, you can get their most expensive $10 chicken and bacon footlong for $5.

Too bad Subway didn't put them on their website. I would be heading to a location right now if they had of!

$4 is perfect - bring a drink to work and you got a cheap lunch.

Love it!

The Scarborough area coupons are much different. There is no 50% off, the BOGO needs to include a drink for both footlongs and 6". RIPOFF

I received the coupons in Calgary as well although I'll have to confirm again; I'm pretty sure I can't get 50% off straight up. It's most likely a BOGO requirement.

Does any one know if their salami and pepperoni contains any pork? Or if it's actually made with turkey instead?
