This is a low-quality food with low meat content, high grain content and lots of fillers. A better quality food will have less or no grain content (grains are of little value to a dog, they metabolize protein and fat), contain little to no fillers and have several high-quality meat sources.

Free or not, I would never feed this to my dog.
