D Rose to the Cavs...LOL at this idiot for thinking he was gonna get a max contract this offseason.

Kyrie is definitely on the way out. There goes the rivalry with GSW.

Cleveland WTF is your front office smoking.

Calderon, Green and now Rose? Ya thats really gonna beat GSW LMAO. Say bye to Lebron next year he's leaving again

Not defending Dan Gilbert at all but Lebron has to share some of the blame for where the team is today. Those contracts given to JR and Tristan as well as Kevin Love's contracts have taken them way over the cap and they're paying a crazy amount of lux tax. They're pretty much stuck where they are with the bad contracts.

^^ whats with the Rose hate? he actually had a decent year last year on the knicks... 18/4/4 with 47% shooting in 32 mpg.....not too bad... also played 64 games... also not that bad for how injured has been... to get this kind of player on a 1 year, 2 million dollar deal for a former MVP that had a solid season.... also 1 year 2.3 million for Jeff Green is not that bad either... you cant to that much better than these two guys for under 4.5 million total for next year...

as for Smith, Tristan and such....Cavs were pretty stupid to sign these guys to the long term deals WITHOUT having LBJ also sign one,..

I think the DRose signing by the Cavs is pretty good..vet min....DRose did well near the end of the year before he got injured (again).

High risk, high reward, low cost....though given DRose's injury last year...I think he'll be even more of a shell of his former self.

Cavs taking a step back...LBJ will leave next year for La La land...

LBJ will join Golden State after. No reason why he would sign elsewhere. He's got his shoe deal to pay him.

How is this high risk? It's low risk due to the low cost and limited to 1 year contract. Worst case scenario is that you cut him. The impact to their cap is just over 1%.

On the radio, they said the 2.1 mil salary works out to 7 mil in lux tax. That's a lot because they're paying a lot in lux tax already

high risk in the sense that the Cavs are banking on DRose as their starting PG - doubt he'll last half the season before another injury....

though I am reading Cavs are after Bledsoe as well - if that is the case, then DRose can back Bledsoe - limit the wear on DRose....

Bledsoe works out with LeBron (or used to) in the offseason. Definitely LBJ-approved. Cleveland-Suns trade would be so amazing. Kyrie and Booker making it rain, that would be fun to watch.

They are and were just doing off season workouts earlier. They share the same agent too I believe

Nothing wrong with the contract he signed. It's bargain bin and thats all the Cavs could afford but spacing wise Rose is a horrible fit next to Lebron. The spacing isnt there for them to both work. They both cant shoot 3's consistently to really space it out for either of them to drive.

GSW re-sign McGee, they now have a better roster than last year's. adding even more 3-point shooters. You just get the sense that the Cavs (or any other team) will not beat them from 3 especially with Kyrie gone, they need to change their approach to exploit GSW's weakness inside. Maybe trade Kyrie for Marc Gasol, really slow the game down, bully-ball them inside more with the hope they miss enough outside shots and key guys get in foul trouble.

Face With Tears Of Joy Kyrie Irving was seen laughing hysterically in the background at Stephen Curry's party.
Curry was making fun of LeBron's workout videos, which James posted on his social media.

Irving is hanging out with Stephen Curry so soon after the NBA Finals while refusing to talk to LeBron or anyone from the Cavaliers organization
after the trade demand went public.

Steph Curry did the LeBron Challenge next to Kyrie Irving and people are losing it
