That stat 'normalizes' the other variables. When you look at the stat you posted, it is a one-way analysis. These factor in all the other things that are present with him on/off the court.
So if you follow the logic. One-way analysis shows he has negative +/-. But if you factor in who he plays with and who he plays against he is a + player.

You can also see his PER - another stat that tries to look at the game as a whole
Where do they factor in “who he plays against”?

LOL. Stappppp, it falls on deaf ears (or blind eyes) of the hater.

The fact that someone can't even logically think that a star on the starting lineup logically matches up against the other team's starting lineup (which is typically the better players on the team) tells you enough. Even a casual basketball fan would be able to realize that.

Try watching some games son

Btw, lebron rarely, if ever, guards the opposing teams “star” player because his D is so bad. That’s why they don’t need him on the court and actually play better without him

Bucks are a dangerous team. GSW don't seem to be trying and are getting blown out on their home floor.
Bucks are lethal. Until this game, I didn't think it was possible to block Durant. But he ended up getting blocked twice.

Their length and athleticism is unreal. These guys doing all sorts of alley-oops, and then when an alley-oop is attempted on them, they'll just catch the pass mid-air lol
It seems that if two other guys bring it along with the Greek Freak, it will be impossible to stop them. Got great 3 point shooting, dangerous interior presence both offensively and defensively. They could take the East.

Jimmy Butler to the 76ers!!!!!
Philly gave up their shooting for Butler, but damn, good trade for both teams.

It's going to suck even more for us when Cleveland giftwraps Korver to the 76ers to address their lack of shooting.

The Sixers traded 3 below average scrubs, instead of the original offer of 4 future
first round draft picks and received an all-star in return.
Albeit that disgruntled all-star is a whiner and bad clubhouse guy.

Raptors vs Sixers or Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals?
I would have predicted Boston takes the ECF but it
seems Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward definitely have not recovered from their surgeries. Hayward is way slower than he used to be.

They didn't give up Reddick, Saric was an inconsistent shooter, if Butler stays healthy and signs an extension this is a great trade for the Sixers, without giving up a 1st rounder!
If I were the wolves I would have demanded Covington, Reddick and a 1st rounder and would have waited until I got them as the Sixer's losses mounted, they were negotiating from a position of weakness though.

End of the process for the Sixers.

Imagine if Fultz is half the player they thought he would be. Unfortunately, I don't think he will work out in Philly.

The Houston Rockets are reportedly looking to part ways with Carmelo Anthony already.

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/280 ... -with-team
Through his first 10 appearances, only two of which have been starts, the 10-time All-Star is averaging 13.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game on 40.5 percent shooting from the field, including 32.8 percent from three.

Additionally, the Rockets have been outscored by nine points per 100 possessions with Anthony on the floor so far this season. Conversely, they have outscored opponents by 1.8 points per 100 possessions when he's been on the bench.

Anthony's defensive rating of 111.0 is also the worst among all Rockets players who have logged at least 100 minutes this season.
