Only thing holding me back is the user interface. I use a popcorn hour a200, its great, the interface sucks but it supports things like YAMJ which can run flash lite interfaces such as Eversion. Does this thing support flash lite?

It is built on the 1185, the comparable players are the ACRyan Playon!HD2 and Mede8er MED500X2 which cost little more than double the price of this box.
Think about it like that, with all other features aside, you are paying $40 on top of the PBO's price to get full support of BRISO menus. For some, that's just worthy.
Nope, no flash support.
The interface is comparable to this one ..
Once thumbgen is used the sheets looks like that ..

Start a price match session at checkout, then add ncix product link and quote the $89.99 price, they should notice their checkout error and honor the PM request

Might be TV dependent then, this setup works fine with the HDMI 1.3 PBO as reported by many PBO owners._______________

So it handles all the scraping on the device itself?
Does it require a hard drive to be installed for that to work?
How long does average the average library take to scrape artwork etc. The popcorn hour is painfully slow, I cant imagine this is that much better. So I just use YAMJ on the PC to scrape for my A200.
Anything better about this software wise (codecs, w.e) in comparison to the popcorn hour 200 series?Last edited by mapleleafs89; Sep 29th, 2011 at 01:50 AM.

nope, it doesn't do any scrapping, it basically fetches 2 images one for the sheet and one for the cover and displays them, making browsing super fast. And the images needs to be wherever the movie files are so the cover/sheet view will work over the network too.
Scrapping is done on your PC, its done once per title and done using something like thumbgen, and its fully configurable for speed (i.e. by reducing the number of sources, etc)._______________
