They will send you an e-mail when it's ready. You can also call them to check. I don't know how long they'll hold your items for.

I went instore to buy a limited quantity special sale item but before they gave it me they asked if I had phoned in a few minutes ago to place a hold on item.

I asked why and the saleperson say because it is the last unit left in the store so I natuarally replied of course.

Guess though if you are person who had the item on hold it is not so funny.

I was visiting Vancouver once and made a purchased at one of the outlets - can't remember which. I didn't have to pay any PST, although I had to show identification. I don't remember if I actually ordered for pickup or just walked-in. Hope this helps.

Didn't made any purchase this time around, because for the items I wanted, the shipping cancels out any savings I could get locally!
