Click the Prize Picker quick link on the right side of the NCIX home page. Every afternoon for these 30 days the prize picker will be active. You need to be logged in, and if it is active you will see a link on the top prize where you can click to cast your vote. You will earn 25 NCIX points for voting.

When all votes are cast (150/150) then a script or whatever on NCIX's site will automatically pick a random winner from all entries.

There is no set time for the Prize Picker to go active but I find it usually happens between 3:00-5:00PM EST.
