I really hate the corrugated tubes, they look like they should be pretty flexible, but they aren't. I had to take it out of my mini build cause it would always kink
I don't fail, I succeed at finding what doesn't work

shame it looks like a giant pain to replace, I wouldn't mind getting a cheap kit like this and putting some medical tubing on it (you can get really good medical grade anti-kink tubing at a decent price most of the time).

It's probably not all that much better than the Hyper 212+ though, which can be had for a lower price (like the Corsair H60). If you put a really quiet fan on it though it would be great for a near silent system though (the water cooler), or if you're overclocking really hard you get a few more options for heat dissipation. But it's generally not worth it (you can put quiet fans on the 212+ too)

MIR is alright, it's the 10$ shipping that stopped me :(

With the performance results I see in reviews for this thing it is a turd. I could get better results from some air cooling choices.

Yeah seriously. Less than 6 degrees over a <$20 Hyper 212 cooler, this is very weak.

But it runs cooler than a Corsair Hydro H60 cooler? (or that's not saying much?)

It is just same price with Hyper 212 plus, why don't get a little better water cooling?

Got this one for free with the 44,000 Intel RetailEdge points... Retailedge is only for Retail employees so YMMV... The box is huge!

I just read on another forum that you can use this to cool a GPU as well! So you can buy one for your CPU, and also another dedicated one for your GPU (video card). :) Only takes a little modding but easily doable.
