[NCIX] NCIX: Gigabyte Radeon HD 6450 625MHZ 1GB 1.1GHZ DDR3 Low Profile $9.99 AR In Store

NCIX has this Gigabyte 1 GB HD 6450 low profile video card for $14.99 with free express shipping, after a $20 MIR. This would make a good cheap HTPC card, if you can tolerate some fan noise, or as an onboard replacement with an HDMI and some very modest gaming potential.

Update: NCIX has this card as one of the In Store Exclusives for tomorrow 11/23 for $9.99

Gigabyte 1 GB HD 5450 for $10 after a $20 MIR with free ground shipping.

NCIX also has the similar, but older 5450 for $10 after a $20 MIR with free ground shipping.

Thanks for trolling the community. Its bad enough we see a weekly thread that's not hot but now to see items grabbed off the thread that is right in the main topic and posted here is just great! Thanks
And I'm the one who's trolling.....

I get that you do not see any value in this deal, but I disagree. For someone who needs this kind of card and shipping, $15 AR delivered in two days is pretty decent IMO, and for the record I did not just take this deal from the NCIX Sale thread.

Thanks idiotcanuck for posting this, many would have missed it skipping the weekly thread.

For those minding the fan and would be strictly using this for video playback, you can go with the fan-less 5450 which has much lower power requirements (was selling for $10 after MIR few hours ago).

Also the 2GB/1.3Ghz version of the 6450 is $5 more.

Just ordered the 1GB version... think it will go well with the tiger direct barebone kit.

Do you think the 2GB one makes a big difference?

Thats 1GB in action

Good for HTPC, although I wouldn't mind the same card for the same price AR but one that has a nice passive cooler on it instead.

I bought (2) of this one and (2) of the bigger brother/sister by Msi w/2gb. $45 in rebates for me, $45 in rebates for dad who placed the 2nd order. lol... such an addiction.

I feel this deal is hot, These cards perform better than the average user needs. heavy gaming no, but everything else Major improvement over on-board options. $15 and $20 for video cards (after rebates) = hot in my books.

Damn, lunch costs more sometimes !! (including multiple Timmie's runs...) Thanks OP ! (thanked!)

Thanks for posting OP! I missed this when scanning the NCIX weekly thread. Don't listen to the haterz. If you don't like the thread, don't read it!

Thanks IC - I missed the last one and need a solid Htpc card. I don't know where you find all the time to find all the deals you do (esp TVs :) ) but it is appreciated!

64 bits
give up!
I'm still looking for a 128 bit card to replace the Galaxy 8600 GT 128 bit Low Profile card that is in my current HTPC... The card is dying and a decent priced 128 bit Low Profile is hard to find...
