So far this deal is still on with the free express shipping. Often these deals will end the free shipping early and continue the price until they run out of stock, but not so far.
BTW Thanks to all for the supportive comments above.

Same here. I'm using an EVGA 210 card now but want a bit better picture quality. I have some video stutter with the odd blueray disk.
idiotcanuck, Thanks for the post. I depend on forum members like you to highlight some of the deals that they feel are relevent. I don't have the time to read all the fliers that are posted._______________

Interesting, I know my mom's older PC is need of a better GFX card and I think this could fit it. Probably going to start getting harder to find things to fit it for a decent price too.
I don't see the $20 mail in rebate message for this one, not quite as good of a deal without that.aasoror
Also the 2GB/1.3Ghz version of the 6450 is $5 more.

I'd just look up the mother boards or computers specs. If it has a PCIe slot of any vintage, it should be fine. They're backwards compatible generally, and a card like this won't need the maximum bandwidth that PCie 2.0 or 2.1 would provide to a cutting edge gaming card. You might also do a search beforehand to see if there are any driver/bios issues, but odds are it will work. Although I'm not the tech guy around here, so take my recs with a grain of salt.

I don't know if this fits your needs but this LP GT 430 is 128 bit, $30 AR and faster than a 6450 for moderate gaming and GT 430's got the best ratings for video performance of the budget cards. Not sure how you feel about Zotac and this height though.

I have this card. The fan isn't noisy at all. I can barely hear it. But then again, I don't play any games on my computer

1) Yes you can use it with your motherboard
2) Doesn't seem like it: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/S...assive/19.html (look at the green bars, since that's the DDR3 version, which is what this is)

Looks like that Zotac GeForce GTS 430 700MHZ 1GB 1.6GHZ GDDR3 2xDVI HDMI VGA PCI-E Video Card will do quite well then...

I'm waiting for Cyber Monday.... I would like to get a good card for under $30, doesn't have to be low profile..._______________
