What kind of power supply would anyone recommend for this? Current one is a standard Dell XPS 8300 450 watts one which would be totally inadequate right?

Minimum 500W. You have to follow 7950 PSU requirements. 600W is recommended.

So do we get the 3 free games that come with any 7900 series or do we just get Far Cry 3 (it is supposed to come with all 7800 series)?
