If the towel is moist or greasy, then yes... If it's bone dry, then no.

If course, you could just run it under warm/hot water from the tap to get it moist, and hot, in one smooth motion.

Ya try putting it under warm water if you dont want the wetness then if you got a furnace put it close and let it get warm or pop it in the oven. ;)

I'm gone RFD! Staple…
Tiger Balm? Although it's kinda nasty for the neck, I usually use it on my arms.

why not just pop your head/neck in the microwave and try that?

Don't use high power, just something like a medium setting or something. That should do the trick.

the oven makes it too crispy, I just use the microwave.

Kramer tried cooking his shirts, only to have the calzone guy burn it. Took a lesson from that.

Heh, I woke up with a sore neck too. I hate it. It hurts so much when I turn my head to the right. What I used was a sock filled with rice I believe, which you put in the microwave for 1min until it gets toasty, then put it on your neck, but have a shirt in between it and your neck so you don't get burned.
Stop supporting monopolistic companies like Bell and Rogers if you want positive change in the Canadian telecommunications industry.

oohh.... makes sense.. the rice would probably retain the heat.
but DAMN are there other effective ways to treat this and cure it? i gotta work tmrw... early morning stock processing too, so i gotta do some lifting.

Im just kidding.

to the OP get yourself a real brand name Tempurpudic pillow. I got one for $80 when i bought my matress at sleep country canada (cost) and my neck has felt better since.

I got the nice long body pillow. DONT be fooled by the imitations, get a tempurpudic, you'll love it.

Just the pillow though, the matress is too expensive and not comfortable.

There cheapest one is $180 but the one I have is worth $220.

Well worth it, theres cheaper ones on ebay but i worry about getting a fake one. Its well worth the money!
