Need Advice *Best way to divorce*

Agree...if u are already worrying about divorced then that partner is already a bad choice.

Important thing if you're getting married is the pre-nup. Otherwise, you might get a** raped in the divorce settlement (especially applies if one spouse earns much more $$ than the other..)

IMO, marriage is forever. That's why you shouldn't get married until you're sure. If you're not sure, don't get married.

If you are married and need a way out...take a vacation to an islamic fundamentalist country. Then accuse her of adultery. :P

Also be wary of common law relationships as "she" in more cases than "he" will still be eligible for 50% of your assets which is around what the law usually dictates up here in Canada in marriage divorces. Not sure but if you have been in a common law realtionship for over a year you are treated as married basically and so she has entitlement to your assets.

The prenup is king but only if you have the ability to counter her irrational behaviours when you propose it to her as she will be very upset about your doubts and trust but we all know that it can happen to the best of us.

You must be able to explain to her that there is always a chance things won't work out which is not what she want's to hear or for you to believe as it sours the whole mood but it is a necessary evil if you are rich and she is well seen as the fairer sex by the courts.
