Need advice for new laptop purchase

My dad need a new laptop and don't want to spend too much money. Only for watch new, edit word and photo. Also have a ssd need to put in. I saw the source has a door crash deal? is it a reliable laptop? Thanks in advance.

If you can find a budget intel laptop, even a refurbished one, it will be a much better buy than that thing. The CPU sucks, slow and power hungry compared to Intel. Normally I'd complain about the hard drive - probably the world's slowest 5400 rpm - but you have that covered with an SSD. Most importantly, the screen is likely terrible. 1366x768 TN panel. The build quality is no doubt as bad as it gets.

I'd look at a refurb business laptop from Lenovo (Thinkpad) or Dell (Latitude). It may be hard to find something in that price range with a decent screen, but at least you'll get a better CPU and decent build quality.
