or possibly a tv tuner box with DVI output?

Need advice on TV Box
i'm currently looking at the avermedia tvbox 9 at tigerdirect.ca but $200 is a steep price for a tv box
basically, i'm looking for something that would allow me to use my monitor as a tv with, or without my pc on
any suggestions?
