need cheap rogers/chatr phones

im looking to find a cheap cheap non smart phone for my mother to use but i am unwilling to pay the $60-$75 for this type of phones rogers/chatr is offering.
ive found an old fido phone that a friend used to have but paying $20 to get it unlocked does not make sense.

can anyone advise on where i can get a really cheap non smart phone? ideally a flip/clam phone. my mom's not very good with this type of thing so the old style flip/clam is ideal.

when times like this makes me regret recycling all of my old rogers phones. who would have thought of going back to early 2000 in 2012.
