Can anyone recommend a good web domain/email host for n00bs?
There's a small business of no more than 5 employees that know nothing about computers/internet/domains/emails. They need comprehensive support... they don't know how to back up or archive emails... so they will need like 10GB per year per user and some sort of back end support to archive emails and still be accessible to them.
Their current provider is charging them $200 a year for hosting the site on a linux apache server along with a bunch of user mailboxes...
Anything?

Sounds like they might need a Tech firm to set them up properly. That's what we did. They setup our solid state firewall, fileserver, Google apps with our own domain and web hosting. They also setup our DR setup with onsite and offsite backups. If we have a problem they login remotely and fix it. Very happy with them. IMHO I don't think the web/email host will solve their problems.
