Need to get to Porter Airlines on Oct 22 (Scotia run day)

I need to get from Union Station with a baby to Porter Airlines for a 12pm departure on Oct. 22.
Any suggestions on the best way to get there on time is? Porter told me to get there 1.5 hours early.

run info is here

Thanks

Can't help you with advice but leave lots of time. This race jams up the city realllll good. I once hopped a fence to get across Bay Street and when they told me to stop I said make me what law am I breaking.

Take the 509 streetcar from Union Station to Bathurst. All 509 trips use the new low-floor streetcars now so strollers/luggage should not be an issue.

As already stated, one option to cross the race route is on the 509 Streetcar (streetcar tunnel passes underneath route). Likely the easiest, although you'll have to walk from Queens Quay and Bathurst to the airport.

The other alternative is Taxi/Uber/Porter shuttle travelling via Spadina Ave - but you should leave lots of extra time due to traffic as Spadina is pretty much the only roadway in the area to cross the route.

There is a complimentary shuttle from the west side of Royal York to Billy Bishop.

If I'm correct, the shuttle won't be able to operate? Since the path is bound on all sides by the race?

Thanks for all the advice everyone. It's much appreciated.

Streetcar seems to be the easiest option.
