I am pretty sure this diamond is not eye clean - meaning you will see the inclusion smack in the middle of the table. Confirm with James Allen.

JamesAllen.com Diamond Recommendations
I think you chose well, but I found some eye clean ones online at http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds-search/ that you would like better.

I would personally recommend the bottom, second option. James Allen has some amazing diamonds on their site. I am sure you can find something to your liking.

A 1 carat SI1 diamond will have some visible inclusions (flaws) to the naked eye, the GIA report diagram seems to indicate a pretty large one right at the top.
I would consider bumping the clarity to at least VS2 or even up to a VS1, for a large rock like that it'll be worth it.
I would also consider looking at Blue Nile or Whiteflash, they usually offer much better value then any other retailer I've seen._______________

Its not a given that every SI diamond will have a visible inclusion. It IS possible to get an eye clean SI1 (even an SI2 but that would be more rare) but you have to search around for one and get the vendor to define their version of eye clean and then verify that the stone is eye clean.

Not correct re: SI2s
For stones of about 1 carat, a sizable majority of SI1s will be eye clean and probably about half of GIA grade SI2s will be eye clean. It's not nearly as rare as you might believe.
See my article here about diamond clarity.
