Need help!! buying a used car all the way from A

Hello everyone! I'm buying a used car from a private seller(who happens to be a distant relative) in Atlanta. I've checked with riv.ca regarding the paperworks, however, I have no idea on how I could drive it all the way to Canada without a registration plate yet...I understand that temporary tags are only being issued by ministry of transpo in USA to dealership,then dealership to buyer. Any input would be greatly appreciated..Good day!
