Need help chosing a pda/cellphone/smartphone !

Hey folks !

Here's the scenario : I need to get a new cellphone/smartphone based on the following criteria :

1 - full size keyboard
2 - unlocked GSM (will be using on Fido)
3 - touchscreen
4 - 150.00 budget (yeah I KNOW it will be a used or refurbished phone)

I dont use my cellphone that much but recently began using more TXT and I HATE typing on those tiny keys. At work, I need to have a calculator with me all the time and thats why I need something with a touchscreen so I can use the calculator without keying the numbers on the crammed keyboard.

My first findings were a TREO 600 or the Blackberry 7290 (both available at FactoryDirect at about my budget price) and the Blackberry 7100 or 7105 but they do not seem to support touchscreen and the keyboard is not the same as the previous models.

Any suggestions ? Any other phone that I should be looking at ?

I have NO need whatsoever of email, file attachment, bla bla.... basically I need a phone, calculator and touchscreen (just to make it easier to use the calculator). PDA functions are a bonus that I might use or not.

You should be able to find a TREO 650 within your price range.
Excellent phone/PDA and has touch screen. There are plenty of applications available as well that are easy to install and use on the phone.

Thanks TV ... I'll prolly pick up a Treo 600 at Factorydirect this week and give it a try.

The unit another member here is selling is locked to ROgers and would not be any good for me.
