Need help with online credit card fraud

I've just got my credit card statement with transactions I've never made (total $400) . These are all online - for example Nod32 subscription for 1 year, rapidshare account and games on Steam. I've called my credit card company and canceled the card and claimed for fraud. I want to know who could have done this? What is the possibility of my credit card company having this person traced by IP address (as all transactions were online)? I live in Toronto, Canada.
