Squeezebox Touch and Sonos Connect are two I have experience with and both work well.

If you don't need anything that specialized, something like an iPod Touch or Galaxy Player works. There are many internet radio apps, and some sites like 8tracks have HTML5 that allows you to stream right off the browser.

Buying an old second-gen iPod touch would probably work well enough for them. Allows them to load up their own music if they want it, along with a pile of apps for playing anything else. (8tracks can keepplaying music in a category forever, or just any traditional web radio station)

This is the app you are looking for: TuneIn Radio
http://tunein.com/mobile/
I would get a cheap android tablet, but iOS and other works.

Hi,
Yes, they exist. If you don't want to get a Sirius/XM home radio, you can get a wifi internet radio. Not all of them have audio outputs but something like this 1 might be just the thing for you.

For a cafe client with the same requirements as yours, I got an Aluratek AIREC01F WiFi/Wireless Internet Radio Tuner. It will meet your requirements exactly as stated and costs about $100. The link is here. The unit I put in runs all day, every day and has been doing so for a few years now. Squeezbox, Sonos, iPOD etc. were considered but are either too expensive or overkill for the application.
