The traffic at that area is already bad enough.
On Cambie going north, there wasn't used to so many last-second-right-lane-cutter before the bridge. Now with the new WorstBuy opened up, so many people see it at the last second and decide to get in there...
And Broadway, gosh, can you actually drive on that road between 11 to 2?_______________

right next to the huge best buy....it will be a traffic disaster...but least the shoplifters will have to walk less than a block to get to police command.
