Happy holidays!!

Intel core 2 duo ( 1.8 to 2.4 ghz )
15" or 17"
Integrated Webcam
Win xp pro ( SP2 if possible ) - the most important requirement.
Other spec are non-important like memory HD space which i could use external USB.

Look for the Dell Vostro notebooks, they are the "business" models from Dell. They are supposed to be exactly the same as the Inspiron models and I am pretty sure that you can choose Win XP from the available OS. But anyways, you could get any notebook and simply install windows XP instead of Vista, or even better, you could install Linux on it.

Hello,
Yeah, i was tempting in getting a new vista one then install Xp over it but it seems i could get into the driver problems.
A vista notebook may not have the all the xp drivers for all the devices on it.
I'm still reading about this Vista-to-Xp conversion.
I know that MS offer a possibility to "dowbgrade to XP " from their VIsta Business and Vista Ultimate notebook.
Price wise, it's hard and expensive to get one with XP compare to Vista ones....
