New Lenzr Photo Contest - Shafts of Sunlight

Lenzr has launched a new website as of June 1 2011 and new contests for June and July come with it. The Shafts of Sunlight photo contest is asking for photo submission images with obvious sun beams or rays visualized and directing light on other objects. Think of Caravaggio and Rembrandt and their use of strong contrasts of light where you felt you could trace the strong light rays across the paintings with your fingers. Capture this with photography and become a master.
The winner of the photo challenge will receive a new sony digital camera thanks to the company that brings light into peoples homes with their sunrooms.


Lenzr has some new changes from when it first started. Check it out online. The judging process is comprised of online voting that starts July 15th online. Anyone can go to the website and rank the photos. After July 25th the online voting ends and the top ten photos proceed to the judging panel where the real winner is decided. Check out the photos that have already been submitted and upload your own.

The voting has begun for Lenzr.com's Shafts of Sunlight photo contest! We have some absolutely beautiful entries, but there's still time to submit a winning photo! Just do it before July 25, when voting closes, and be sure to get as many of your friends as you can to vote on your photo to ensure it makes its way to a top ten spot. I have entries in Shaft of Sunlight, A Counting Exercise, Construction Sights & Best Office Staff Party. The competition will be fierce as there are some really amazing photos. I really like the ones I entered in Shafts of Sunlight and A Counting Exercise, the other to are okay but may not come close in a comp of this quality.
