I thought everyone knew NOT to accept images as the BEGINNING of a conversation ...
Conversations should never start like that on MSN ... or at least ask "Hey Julie, is that you, what is this you're sending me?"
My advice

You have to notify the sender(s) to :
1. Look for the "myspaceimage.zip" on his/her HD.
2. Delete it immediately. This will remove the 'baggage' (the .zip file) and stop spreading the virus. But the MSN message will not stop just yet ...
3. Run anti-virus and trap the actual problem. The old ones were from a fake system process called "LSASS.EXE". It's hard to kill coz there is a 'real' LSASS.EXE running ...
