Spotted in Walmart, M & Ms now in a bar format.

Saw the M&M bars at WM today here. $2.47 is just slightly overpriced. They ranged from around 103g to 113g.

Also saw Mickey Mouse Oreos at SDM. Over $6 for what appeared to be a normal sized package!

New Campbells Tetra Pak broths, Seafood, Beef with Red Wine and Thai Chicken.

I'm thinking the seafood broth will come in handy for steaming mussels, cheaper than clam broth in those tiny bottles.

Spotted at WalMart.

This was at High Tech/Silver Linden in Richmond Hill. It should be everywhere now or later.

But nothing will give you the flavour like even a $10 bottle of white wine :)

oooh, I agree, and you can now get a 250ml can of wine for $3 and save the rest in the freezer for other recipes. Seafood broth would be good for chowder though.

Why would anyone freeze wine? And 250ml can to boot??? Also might as well get a proper wine in a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge since the cost saving here is really none.
But I had no idea they had wine in cans now too.

You're truly astonished lol. I don't ordinarily drink so having 125ml or so of wine for a recipe has been truly inconvenient before the cans. Now I can buy just enough for 2 recipes instead of 6. I never know when I'll get to the second half so I just freeze it.

I'm relieved to know we're not mistaking freezing wine with ice wine. Two very different things. lol
