New rule for BST threads: no large quantities

We began to implement this rule a couple weeks ago, but it didn't show up in the list of rules until now.

13. April 7th, 2005 - Due to a recent surge in small business sales, here is a clarification: large quantity sales will not be allowed as those goods were clearly bought to be resold at a profit. Other advertisers pay for the right to advertise in the forums so to be fair, if you would like to advertise, please send an e-mail to biz@redflagdeals.com for further advertising information.

The Buy/Sell/Trade forum on RFD is meant for personal sales, not resale of items for profit.
