I got a crystal version sitting right next to an original. I'd say it looks quite a bit better. I like how the green power light lights up the triangle shape at the front. So the inside of the case glows a bit.

Actually that wouldn't be so bad of an idea, although wouldn't draw enough interest to make it worthwile.

alright w/e i couldnt read ALL the posts..

but as for me, this things fake lol..just look at it..

First off..downgrading? r u stupid? that just means that older games wont work anymore..and newer games will be @ poorer quality? hell no..no one takes a step back..everyone who wants to win takes a step FORWARD.

Second of all..where the hell is the dvd drive? the only spot i can find that sounds reasonable is where the power button is..look carefully and u will see the side lines, so basically thats the only place i can spot the dvd drive..but then wheres the eject buttoN?

Thirdly..look closely at XBox original and compare it to xbox next..see somethin? WHERE THE HELL IS THE POWER BUTTON!? LOL..ahaha, a powerless xbox LOLOL hey guys, its like they say..a black box with an x over it is an XBOX

And..they got rid of the numbers where it says 1 2 3 4 above the controller slots..and removing the hdd seems very stupid, especially for Xbox since its supposed to support mp3's n all..all that just means its all gone, and again its a step backwards just to compare to the ps2's new slimy.

Last thing i wanna say..look at laptops, even laptops are more superior than this thing..if xbox was really making a slim box, i dont think they would need to downgrade at all. They can easily fit parts in like they do with laptops on something that small..it isnt even that small, theres no lcd screen integrated either, so there shouldnt be any excuse why they would downgrade cuz they just slimy the thing..PS2 didnt downgrade no console can just downgrade..cuz that would make games compatibility a big issue.
